Young–Wook Ha of Seoul, Korea is a partner in the law firm of Ha &
Ha in Seoul. He serves as an arbitrator/mediator for the World
Intellectual Property Organization Arbitration Center, as well as an
arbitrator for the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board. A council
member of the Korea Patent Attorneys Association, he is an adjunct
professor of law at Kyong Nam University and HUFS. He served on the
Trade Barrier Korea Subcommittee of the International Trademark
Association (INTA) in 1993.
