Certification of Degree
To request a Degree Certification, please send an email to the Registrar's Office, registrar@piercelaw.edu, with the following information:
* Request for Degree Certification in email subject line* Your full name as it appeared during attendance
* Your year of graduation
* A telephone number where you can be reached during the day
* The name and address of the individual/firm/corporation/institution the certification should be mailed to
Please allow 5 business days from the time the request is received for processing.
Degree Certification Letters contain: student name, degree student was seeking and/or degree received, dates of attendance, academic standing, date degree conferred and the Pierce Law ABA approval date.
Enrollment Verification
To request an Enrollment Verification, please send an email to the Registrar's Office, registrar@piercelaw.edu, with the following information:* Request for Enrollment Verification in email subject line
* Your full name
* Your anticipated year of graduation
* A telephone number where you can be reached during the day
* The name and address of the organization the certification should be mailed to or the name and fax number where the certification should be faxed
Please allow 5 business days from the time the request is received for processing.
Enrollment Verifications contain: student name, social security number (if applicable), degree student is seeking, anticipated graduation date, academic standing, hours earned, semesters enrolled, start and end dates for each semester, credit hours taken each semester and enrollment status (ex. full time or part time).
