The University of New Hampshire School of Law offers post-graduate degrees for lawyers and non-lawyers in three specialized areas of the law. These degrees can be completed in residence, online, or in a limited residence format.

Intellectual Property

International Criminal Law and Justice

Commerce & Technology

Intellectual Property degree programs are available in residential, limited residential, and online formats. A Diploma in IP is also available in residence.

The International Criminal Law and Justice degree programs are available with the online format only.

The Commerce and Technology degree programs and Diploma are available in residence only.

UNH Law has a long-standing global reputation for teaching legal professionals in an academically rigorous, supportive, and collaborative learning environment. Our practice-based approach to legal education, along with our extensive and innovative curriculum, ensures that students graduate ready to become leaders in their field.

Traditionally, these opportunities were only available to those able to travel to New Hampshire for an extended period. Now, our International Criminal Law and Justice degrees are available online and our Intellectual Property degree with a focus in Patent Law is available both online and in a limited residency format.
