Eleanor H. MacLellan joins Pierce Law as a visiting professor of law in 2009 but has been here as an adjunct professor teaching trial advocacy since 2002 and comes to us from Sulloway & Hollis, P.L.L.C., Concord, NH.

She has been listed in Best Lawyers in America in the categories of employment and health care law for over 18 years and been selected by peers for New England Super Lawyers in the same categories for 2007 and 2008.

MacLellan has several decades of experience as a full-time trial attorney in State and Federal Courts handling complex litigation including employment, medical malpractice, personal injury, contract, construction, insurance coverage, ERISA, health care, general litigation and administrative law cases.  She has extensive experience as a mediator for NH Federal and State Courts and private parties.

Over the years, MacLellan has been involved in many special projects which include the CASA of NH (Court Appointed Special Advocates for children involved in the legal system) and world service projects such as sending relief supplies to Afghanistan.
