Dana Remus Irwin, graduate of Yale Law School and Harvard College, comes to Pierce Law from Drexel University's new Earle Mack School of Law. She took a leave of absence from Drexel 2008-2009 to clerk for U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Samuel A. Alito. Previous to teaching at Drexel, she clerked for Chief Judge Anthony J. Scirica on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Professor Irwin's scholarship has included articles and presentations on the intersection of law and technology and legal ethics.  She will teach a variety of general law classes and looks forward to returning to New Hampshire to be closer to family.
